Light Rail/Red Line | NTA

Design management (accompaniment of the contractor’s design-build process) for an approx. 24 km long line, of which 12 km will be underground. The Red Line includes 34 stations, 24 of which will be surface stations and 10 will be underground. Project management including budget management, construction management and supervision, timetable management and invoice control.

Complexity of the project:
The maximum distance between surface stations will be approx. 500 m. Underground stations will be about a 1 km apart. Work in a dense urban environment in immediate proximity to very old structures, frequent changes in traffic arrangements during stages of construction, delays due to utility relocations, control over approx. 10 construction sites.
